Hi! I’m Sidney, the calm and wise sea turtle Hugaround. I love long swims (and longer naps!) and am always here to remind you to take things slow and steady. My hugs will help you feel grounded and peaceful.

Sidney is a weighted, warmable sensory plush in calming shades of teal and aqua with a deeper green textured shell and ribbed corduroy flippers in bright sea-glass turquoise that invite a tactile, hands-on hug. With 2.5 pounds of gentle Deep Touch Pressure and long wraparound flippers, this sea turtle plushie stays put on shoulders, wrapping the user in soothing comfort, whether they're winding down at bedtime, away from home, playing, doing homework, or relaxing after a long day.

Filled with mold-resistant clay beads, Sidney can be warmed in the microwave for cozy heat or chilled in the freezer for cooling relief on hot summer days. Co-created with Occupational Therapists, this sensory plush is intentionally unscented, making it a thoughtful pick for sensitive users, neurodivergent shoppers, and anyone who avoids added fragrance.

Hugarounds are a 2026 TOTY Finalist for Plush Toy of the Year, and have earned recognition from Parents' Magazine's Best Toys, TODAY's Sleep Awards, TIME’s Best Inventions and more.
