This blend is the gem of all gems for pain management. It helps with joint pain, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, TMJ, neck and back pain and more!! Depending on the amount of pain you are experiencing on a given day, this jar should last anywhere from 6-12 months. I personally use this for everything - I was an ibuprofen queen before I made this. Now I am pain-cream junkie (especially if I am behind a computer too long and have been bad about stretching!!)

Ingredients: clove bud, helichrysum, roman chamomile, ginger, geranium, lavender, st. johns wart oil

Application: This MUST BE diluted before using it on the body. Dilute whit a base cream and arnica if desired.  40 drops for every 1oz if carrier - for adults. Lotion is the best carrier for this. Use as needed! Remember a little goes a a long way.
